  • Opening times
    We are open 6 days a week but by prior appointment only. We are closed on Sunday. We ask that all visits are booked in advance so we are able to ensure that only one household is in the storage unit at any one time. Week day visits must be booked at least 24 hrs in advance. Weekend visits must be booked 48hrs in advance.
  • Pricing & Payment
    You only pay for what you store! We will always offer the most cost effective solution possible. We are open and honest with our pricing and what we quote is what you pay - we don't believe in hidden costs! When you sign up to store your personal belongings with us, we will send you a breakdown of what you will pay on a monthly basis plus a copy of our terms & conditions. Storage is paid monthly in advance, unless otherwise agreed. We invoice via email or post at the beginning of every month.   • How long can I stay?
    We have a minimum stay of just one month, unless otherwise agreed, and you can stay as long as you like! If you can't stay a full month, but are desperate for a quick storage fix, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.
  • What can I store?
    We will store most things, but for safety and insurance reasons we can’t accept the following; 1. Money, Coins, Bullion, Deeds, Bonds, Securities and the like. 2. Livestock, Plants, Explosives and Flammables 3. Jewellery, Watches, Precious Stones, Stamps of all kinds exceeding GBP 500 combined total. 4. Furs, fine arts, perfumery mobile phones, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, beers, wines, spirits & the like exceeding GBP 10,000 combined total. 5. Electronic items exceeding GBP 10,000 in total. Electronic items are defined as all items of consumer and commercial electrical appliances and instruments including but not limited to radios, televisions, computers, computer software, hard drives, chips, microchips, printed circuit boards and their components, modems, monitors, cameras, facsimile machines, photocopiers, VCRs, hi-fi, stereos, CD players, Digital Recorders/Players and the like. (Heavy electrical items such as switchgear, turbines and generators and the like shall be deemed not to be electronics) 6. Any illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained. Please note that although we do accept most fragile items, including crockery, glass, mugs etc. we cannot insure them. If you are storing fragile items, please make sure they are suitably wrapped and carefully packed to ensure they are safe during transport and storage.
  • Insurance & Terms and Conditions
